Location: Fully onsite in Holland, MI
Pay: $40,000 - $50,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Closing Work Orders

• Close daily work orders, analyze variances, and resolve issues.

• Track yields for finished goods in Excel.

Labor & Material Variance Reporting

• Conduct weekly analysis on materials and labor reports.

• Track plant utilization on Mondays (1-hour task).

• Perform daily yield reporting and review labor reports, addressing discrepancies.

Weekly & Month-End Reports

• Generate reports on labor (paid vs. reported), plant utilization, inventory turnover, and production volumes.

Reporting Templates & Ad Hoc Projects

• Develop report templates for new product tracking and other reporting needs.

Must-Haves:

• 2- or 4-year degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field).

• Experience with Excel (formulas, basic analysis).

• Internship or prior office/accounting experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Manufacturing industry experience.

• JD Edwards software knowledge.
