Cost Accountant - Manufacturing
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant - Manufacturing to join their dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled at analyzing complex data, and thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment. This role requires strong cost accounting expertise, proficiency with ERP systems, and excellent communication skills to support operational and financial goals.

Cost Accountant - Manufacturing Responsibilities:
- Analyze and reconcile manufacturing cost data
- Monitor forecast and reconcile inventory.
- Variance analysis
- Participate in cost and inventory audits
- Assist with month end close
- Period end reporting
- Job related process improvements
Cost Accountant - Manufacturing Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance preferred.
- 3+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience.
- Strong GAAP compliance, and inventory accounting
- Proficient in ERP systems
- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
