Your Role As a vital member of the Cortex team, focused on Xpanse, you will play a key role in safeguarding major organizations from online threats. Your expertise will help clients understand and manage their attack surfaces while maximizing the value of their Xpanse investment.
Your Impact - Speed to Value: Guide customers through effective deployment and customization of Xpanse, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support.
- Product Expertise: Stay current on Xpanse features and provide training that enhances customer understanding and utilization of the platform.
- Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to advocate for customers and resolve technical challenges.
- Digital Knowledge Sharing: Transform technical insights into accessible guides and articles for customer education and scalability.
Your Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions architecture, consulting, or similar roles, ideally in enterprise technology or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of attack surface management, including IP, DNS, network protocols, and related topics.
- Experience in Python, REST API development, or networking is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communicator, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Intellectually curious, with strong problem-solving skills to handle moderate complexities.
- Familiarity with SOC technologies like SIEM, SOAR, or EDR is advantageous.
- Prior U.S. Government security clearance is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Compensation Details The compensation for this position depends on qualifications and location. The expected starting base salary ranges from $112,000 to $182,500 annually, potentially including additional financial benefits.
