POSITION SUMMARY: In this role, you will lead and coordinate all event planning activities, ensuring each event aligns with our sustainability goals. You will serve as the face of Florim USA, greeting and assisting all visitors and customers, managing event logistics, and collaborating with various departments to represent our brands effectively. We seek a candidate with a strong passion for sustainability, exceptional leadership skills, and a demonstrated ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies. Your role will also involve creating promotional content, coordinating large-scale events, and continually improving the guest experience.

- Greet, liaise, and assist all visitors and customers for planned events.
- Manages all tasks necessary for set-up, display, and tear down of events and exhibits.
- Works collaboratively and cross-functionally with all departments to ensure all Brands are represented appropriately.
- Creates welcome screens, invitations, and itineraries. Schedules internal and external personnel and speakers as needed. Manages and files forms related to tours and events.
- Inventory and upkeep event necessities for stock of hosting essentials. Keeps the Welcome Center neat, presentable and always organized including pre, during and post events.
- Actively schedule and assists with recruitment of visitors to Florim USA's Welcome Center by assisting in creating marketing and promotional content to pique interest and increase engagement.
- Coordinates with membership groups for sponsorship and host of large-scale events.
- Presents and updates as necessary, corporate presentations to diverse audiences ranging in size and scope.
- Coordinates and schedules food and catering, travel, and entertainment options for attendees. Suggests and implements local and expanded community activities for out-of-town guests.
- Evaluates events success; sends out post-surveys; makes ongoing improvements to guests' experiences.
- Understands merchandising tools to present and answer questions for guests and customers.
- Responsible for upkeep of samples on display for relevancy and best display practices.
- Supports and attends Trade Shows and Exhibits to ensure success of events.
- Other duties as assigned by management for support of the marketing department, corporate image, and overall brand.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Availability to work some nights/weekends and travel.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, attend all required safety training, and wear required safety equipment per related safety SOP's (Standard Operating Procedure).

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Public Relations from four-year college or university
- Minimum of two years related experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and needs assessment skills.
- Photography a plus.
- Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to handle multiple requests, and multi-task while prioritizing fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of organizing successful events.
- Ability to effectively present marketing information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
