The Corporate Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing key enterprise systems, including ERP (NetSuite), HRIS (UKG preferred), and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI). Working within a small, collaborative team, this role will support cross-functional initiatives across Finance, HR, and Operations, directly impacting business processes and decision-making through technology, automation, and data integration. This position offers hands-on experience in ERP administration, BI reporting, ETL workflows, and custom application development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite ERP, overseeing system configurations, workflows, permissions, and enhancements.
  • Support and administer HRIS platforms, ensuring functionality and data integrity for HR and payroll processes.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights across departments.
  • Develop and optimize DAX formulas and Power Query transformations for efficient data visualization and reporting.
  • Write and refine SQL queries and SSRS reports for accurate and actionable data access.
  • Manage and troubleshoot data integrations between ERP, HRIS, and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to automate workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and deduplication.
  • Support API-based integrations and develop internal tools using C /.NET and Blazor.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide training, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Tools and Technologies:
  • NetSuite ERP (administration and workflow customization)
  • HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
  • Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query
  • SQL, SSRS
  • Microsoft Fabric (highly preferred for ETL and data workflow management)
  • C /.NET, Blazor
  • Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure or other cloud-based data platforms
Qualifications:

Education:
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:
  • 2-4 years of Power BI development
  • 2 4 years of experience with HRIS administration
  • 2 4 years of experience with NetSuite ERP administration
  • 1-2 years of ETL/data pipeline experience
  • 4-6 years of SQL and SSRS reporting
  • Experience in a small IT or business systems team, managing diverse responsibilities
