We are on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Controller to join our team. This position is a key role within our organization and offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our financial department, including budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, cash flow, and payroll. With your extensive experience and skillset, you will play a significant role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business success.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial operations including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, cash flow, and payroll.
2. Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal regulatory and company policies and procedures.
3. Prepare, review and analyze financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
4. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insight and strategic support to the senior management team.
5. Manage and oversee the entire accounting team, including performance review, staff development, and training.
6. Coordinate and strategize the preparation of regulatory reporting and tax filings.
7. Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.
8. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
9. Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize risk.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP
4. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, cash flow management, and payroll.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage a team.
6. Superior analytical skills and a solid understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
7. Proficiency in accounting software, databases, and financial analysis tools.
8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial colleagues and stakeholders.
9. Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
10. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
