Senior Corporate Accountant
CFS has partnered up again with a valued client in the Greater Hartford area seeking a Corporate Senior Accountant to join their team.

What this Senior Accountant will be responsible for
- Review and prepare financial statements and reports monthly
- Conduct month-end pre/post close departmental tasks as assigned including journal entries, reconciliations, etc.
- Financial reporting
- The Senior Accountant will be tasked with preparing and presenting financial results on a monthly basis to the executive leadership team.
- Process A/P Checks/Payments, Oversee and manage payroll
- Process credit card and deposit activity
- Responsible for coordination/preparation of annual budgets
- Ability to prepare and present a variety of monthly reports for management review (includes financial analysis summary, balance sheet analysis, delivery and warehouse, inventory analysis etc.,)
Preferred qualifications of the Senior Accountant
- BS Accounting
- Full month end financial close experience with an ability to put together financial statements and present to senior management.
- Strong MS Excel skills
- The right attitude.
