Your daily workout
- You independently identify and acquire corporate customers for EGYM WELLPASS and take responsibility for your own sales pipeline - from initiating the first appointments to the successful conclusion of the contract (target group is companies with employees).
- You support your existing customers with operational questions and build long-term, trust-based partner relationships.
- You will be involved in activating employees through events and communication measures.
- You document your approach in a structured manner in our CRM system (Salesforce) to enable efficient collaboration.
- You see challenges as opportunities to improve processes and to learn and grow professionally.
- You collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, and customer success.
Your fitness level
- You have experience at an early-stage startup or hypergrowth organization.
- Ideally, you have +5 years of experience in B2B sales, taking a consultative approach, and persistence even after initial rejections, backed by a strong product and team.
- You have a proven track record of resilience and can perform well in difficult situations.
- The drive to achieve personal success motivates you - you aim to accomplish a lot.
- You want to sell a product that aligns with your career goals and are excited to innovate in the fitness market with us.
- You are passionate about health, fitness, and wellness and can inspire others with your enthusiasm.
- Ideally, you already have an existing network of HR decision-makers in the Denver Metro Area.
- You are able to work occasionally on-site at our Downtown Denver office as needed.
Your training goal for your first 6 months The equipment we provide
- You will earn an annual salary of $85,000 - $100,000 (plus commission). Actual compensation varies based on education, experience, skillset, and location.
