POSITION SUMMARY

The Corporate Risk Administrator provides administrative support to the Company's Corporate Risk Manager and Corporate Risk Department.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  1. Coordinate and track contractor and subcontractor enrollments in Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP) and Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP);
  2. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors to maintain up-to-date insurance documentation;
  3. Verify and track subcontractor licensing and maintain general and job specific licensing logs;
  4. Assist with payment and performance bond management, subcontractor prequalification, and insurance claims management;
  5. Handle the administrative functions of the Corporate Risk Department;
  6. Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow;
  7. Coordinate and schedule conference calls and other meetings;
  8. Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing system;
  9. Create and update spreadsheets and presentations;
  10. Maintain confidentiality at all times;
  11. Complete special projects and other administrative assignments as needed;
  12. Troubleshoot issues quickly and appropriately;
  13. Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Experience as an administrative professional

Experience with insurance programs preferred

OTHER SKILLS

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals; good judgment; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; excellent attention to detail and time management skills; confidentiality and professionalism; computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DocuSign; ability to accurately type 60+ words a minute; highly developed organizational, planning and oral and written communication skills; ability to work well with others.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Position is in a typical office setting that involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions.
