Role Description
This is a Full time remote role for a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing outreach to potential candidates and working closely with facilities to source and fill vacancies (C-suite, Director, staff) and onboarding new hires. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. The role also involves developing recruitment strategies, attending career fairs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This position works closely with the SVP of People and the SVP of Human Resources to meet the needs of each facility.
Qualifications
- Sourcing candidates through different channels and using applicant tracking systems
- Interviewing skills and experience coordinating with hiring managers
- Developing recruitment strategies and attending career fairs
- Knowledge of employment laws and company policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in behavioral healthcare recruitment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
