Our client is looking for a temporary Corporate Receptionist for short-term cover to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist role, be available immediately, and able to work for the next couple of weeks.
Duties to include:
- Providing a professional, proficient Front of House service with seamless coverage, politely greeting visitors and making them feel welcome.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience for all users of the office, both internal and external.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service consistently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping - proactively ensure that kitchens and kitchenettes are kept clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all times.
- Ensure all meeting rooms and desks are cleaned and cleared after use, ready for the next user or team.
- Check that office equipment (copiers, TVs, fridges, etc.) are in working order.
- Administration - ordering stationery, kitchen supplies, business lunches, etc., and raising purchase orders.
- Supporting office etiquette and creating a positive environment through visible front-of-house presence.
- Sorting and franked post.
- Arranging couriers.
- Dealing with facilities-related queries from colleagues, visitors, contractors, and providing assistance accordingly.
- Managing multiple meeting room calendars and scheduling meetings efficiently.
