ECI is looking for a Corporate Project & Integration Manager to lead high-impact initiatives and support the seamless integration of acquisitions into our organization.
This role is ideal for early to mid-career project managers with a proven ability to execute corporate-wide projects on time and within scope who want to move into Merger and Acquisition (M&A) work.
Responsibilities
Lead Corporate Projects
- Drive initiatives such as launching a global intranet, upgrading systems (HRIS, ERP, Professional Service Application (PSA , and optimizing internal processes.
- Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring objectives are met.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to define solutions, build schedules, and track progress.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
M&A Integration
- Under guidance from the Sr. Director of M&A Integration and Project Management, lead new acquisitions through assimilation into corporate functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) following ECI's M&A integration best practices.
- Manage project timelines, oversee system migrations (Salesforce, ERP), and coordinate data transfers.
- Facilitate cross-functional team progress, drive accountability, and support change management.
- Document results and escalate challenges as needed to meet go-live deadlines.
- Contribute to ongoing development of master templates, best practices, and tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience leading corporate initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to distill complex information into clear action plans.
- Experience with Smartsheet (or similar PM tools) required; PMP certification preferred.
- Experience leading technology integrations. Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM), ERP, and HRIS migrations is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams in a global environment.
