Corporate Program Security Officer Job Description We are seeking someone to join our corporate team in Chantilly, VA. The candidate will provide Security/IT/ PM support to the company X-6 and will provide support to a variety of functions to support the Chantilly, VA office. Job Requirements Responsibilities: The individual shall conduct security in-briefing and debriefing for the company X-6 employees related to security compartmented programs and report the activities to the government The individual shall provide SCIF administrative and management duties: SCIF access management includes visitor access requests, badges, visit certs, and provide physical security protection and management including government SCIF inspections etc. The individual shall monitor the implementation of Government security requirements for Industry facilities accreditation and information systems certification and accreditation The individual shall complete the Government Integrated Security Assessment Program (ISAP). The individual shall develop in conjunction with the company Director of Security specific security education material and information and also as directed by the government The individual shall write, review, and/or evaluate security proposals for contract bids and work with the company Director/PM for submittal to government and updating plans (i.e., OPSEC Plans, PPPs, Classification Guides, DD254's, Security approvals, etc.) focusing on safety and security of assets, personnel, equipment, and resources. The individual shall submit Co-Use Agreements as needed The individual shall administer and provide security classification guidance and perform document and classification reviews, to include FOIA and pre-publication review requests as needed The individual shall assist in the development of security policies and implementation procedures if needed The individual shall maintain and update program security files and associated databases The individual shall organize work so that assignments, projects, and taskings are completed in a timely manner and according to deadlines. The individual shall process government access requests, ensuring proper paperwork is prepared and submitted (i.e., clearance Requests for Access (RFAs) The individual shall process SCI visit requests to include IC and DoD visits The individual shall provide day-to-day security advice and guidance to the company PM/Director, Government, and other Contractors concerning computer security issues, counterintelligence, industrial, operational, personnel, physical, and technical information. The individual shall provide personnel security support to the company employees, to include receiving, documenting, and forwarding reportable personal security information as appropriate The individual shall provide security incident and infraction response support to include accurate documentation, appropriate notification(s), preliminary investigation, and timely resolution. The individual shall respond to actions that are security-related or assigned to company X-6. The individual must also interact with government and industrial security officers. The individual shall respond promptly to customer service needs and requirements for security support The individual shall support personnel in-processing and out-processing transactions, SCI indoctrinations and debriefings, and security briefings The individual must be comfortable supporting the company Director/PM with IT/tasks and working with System Administrative and Network Engineers Ad hoc tasks as required by PM/Director includes move management, SCIF management, IT support and general office duties.
