Role Overview:
- Position: Corporate Paralegal
- Location: Downtown Orlando (on-site preferred, hybrid option available after onboarding)
- Compensation: Starting at $73k, up to $90k based on experience
- Billable Goal: 1320 hours annually (not a requirement)
Responsibilities:
- Incorporate and organize business and nonprofit entities
- Draft and file regulatory documents
- Maintain corporate records and manage dissolutions
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
- Track and submit billable hours and client expenses
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a transactional paralegal
- Experience in Corporate, Tax, and M&A practice areas preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software
