Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Paralegal looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative in-house legal team? LHH is seeking a skilled professional to support a legal department in corporate governance, contract management, real estate transactions, compliance, and other key legal functions.


Responsibilities, including but not limited to:


Corporate & Transactional Support:

  • Assist with corporate governance, including entity formation, maintaining corporate records, drafting board resolutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, and commercial agreements.
  • Provide due diligence support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal memoranda and summaries.

Real Estate Transaction Support:

  • Assist in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial properties.
  • Prepare and review real estate contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents.
  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and external counsel to ensure smooth real estate transactions.
  • Handle UCC filings, lien searches, and title review to verify property ownership and encumbrances.

Regulatory & Compliance Support:

  • Assist with corporate licensing, regulatory filings, and internal compliance initiatives.
  • Support litigation matters as needed, including document management and discovery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, outside counsel, and senior leadership to ensure legal and business objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Paralegal certificate or associate/bachelor's degree in legal studies, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of corporate and real estate paralegal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department or corporate law firm.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of corporate governance, real estate transactions, and contract management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Certified Paralegal (CP) or equivalent preferred.
