LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Paralegal to assist one of our clients on a contract basis.
This position is fully onsite in NYC.
Responsibilities include assisting with the following:
• Corporate governance
• Commercial real estate transactions
• M&A transactions
• Corporate records and formations
• UCC filings
• Document preparation
• Legal research
Requirements:
• 4+ years of recent Corporate Paralegal experience
• Bachelor s Degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize projects
• Extremely organized with strong attention-to-detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
