Job Title: Part-Time Corporate Paralegal

Job Description: LHH seeks a part-time Corporate Paralegal with extensive experience working with contracts, negotiations, contract management systems, and NDAs. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of recent corporate paralegal experience, preferably within a major US retail organization. The position starts at 15 hours per week, with the potential to develop into a more robust role.
Responsibilities: - Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Manage and maintain contract management systems must be tech-savvy.
- Handle non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other legal documents.
- Provide support for contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide guidance.
Requirements: - 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
- Experience with contract management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability during regular business hours in the Central Time Zone.
- Ability to start immediately with no upcoming time off over the next 90 days.
