The Company's legal team is looking for a driven Corporate Paralegal who is well-versed with contracts, corporate governance, and supports the legal team in a variety of tasks.
3-Day Hybrid Schedule in Sandy Springs, Georgia
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review related legal documents and agreements (NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, etc)
- Help manage the contract management system and ensure timely renewals
- Assist with board communications, including prepping related board materials, taking minutes, and communicating with necessary stakeholders
- Maintain corporate entities, draft corporate documents, and enforce compliance with federal/State/local regulations
- Assist with coordinating outside counsel on litigation matters when necessary
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or Paralegal certification from an accredited institution
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
