Direct Hire opportunity located in the heart of Raleigh eager to find the right candidate.


Seeking experienced professionals who are looking for a long term home.


Position is 100% in office.


Typical hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday


Salary: $55-$65/k


Must have expertise in Word formatting, PDF conversions, DocuSign, and proofreading.


Exceptional attention to detail required.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day operations, taking initiative and using judgment to keep things running smoothly and address potential issues.

Keep files and documents in tip-top shape, following firm guidelines and practice area procedures and take the initiative to streamline and improve workflows.

Handle time entries for select attorneys (entry to finalizing) to meet monthly deadlines and work with the billing team to ensure accuracy with billing matters.

Manage calendars, book travel, and coordinate meetings and events.

Juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities like an expert. Use detective skills to ferret out details and information from various sources, piecing together the puzzle that keeps assignments and projects on track.
