LHH is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant for a reputable firm in Miami, FL. This is a hybrid position, with the option to work 1 day remotely per week after completing 90 days of working onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit client/matter opening forms.
- Process conflict checks and draft engagement letters.
- Create and organize closing binders using Litera (PDF and paper).
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents under tight deadlines.
- Scan, save, and file documents into iManage.
- Prepare expense reimbursements and assist with tracking files and matters.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
