LHH is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our client's dynamic Banking, Finance, and Corporate team. This is a direct hire position that requires five days a week on-site. This role offerstraining opportunities and the chance to grow your legal career within a large, reputable law firm with multiple offices nationwide.

What You'll Do:
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence, along with handling closing preparations.
  • Transcribe documents from dictation; proofread and edit all documents to ensure accuracy and professional appearance.
  • Maintain appointment and deadline reminder calendar (docket) for all case-related dates, including but not limited to appointments, deadlines, and follow-up dates.
  • Open new files, perform conflict of interest checks through conflicts control system, and maintain all electronic and physical client and general files in a neat and orderly condition.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced legal professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and reports at a level of 30 wpm.
  • Professional individual with strong communication skills.
Pay Details: $25-30/hour

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
