Our client, a Luxury Watch Retailer, is seeking an Import Coordinator to join their team in NYC on a temp basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer inbound and outbound custom requests.
- Resolve any order discrepancies with cross functional teams.
- Create purchase orders and update as needed.
- Reconciliation of inbound and outbound repair shipments.
- Communicate daily with shipping and fulfillment teams.
- Verify packing lists and commercial invoices.
- Complete data entry in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Support Planning team by completing administration tasks.
Qualifications
- 2+ year of corporate experience within Imports & Exports in the luxury space.
- Must be skilled with SAP & Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
