Responsibilities - Ensure a warm and personalized welcome to all visitors, creating a lasting first impression
- Maintain office tidiness, supporting the upkeep and stocking of office supplies
- Assist in planning internal/external meetings and events
- Responding promptly and courteously to client inquiries and requests
- Provide backup reception coverage and deliver exceptional client service
Requirements - 2+ years of experience in an office services or hospitality position
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally
- High energy, white-glove hospitality mindset with a polished demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
