A reputable and growing client is seeking a high-performing and experienced Corporate Healthcare Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with healthcare regulatory and transactional work, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex matters and over 5+ years of experience. This individual will possess excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role will sit in Seattle.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on a wide range of healthcare regulatory matters, including compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Advise on transactional issues such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business arrangements within the healthcare sector.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to healthcare operations.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support healthcare regulatory and transactional activities.
  • Collaborate to develop strategies that align with business goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Represent in regulatory proceedings and negotiations with governmental agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Washington state bar admission or ability to waive into.
  • Has 5+ years of experience in health law.
  • Is proactive and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Holds strong academic qualifications.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills.
  • Is dedicated to delivering top-notch client service.
