About Us: We are a leading multi-family residential property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality living environments for our residents. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee various projects across our properties.

Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning and execution for our multi-family residential property in Dallas, Texas. This includes overseeing bids, coordinating work, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with contractors, sub-contractors, and engineers.

This position is open for one year from May, 2025 to May, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Solicit and evaluate bids from contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, sub-contractors, and engineers to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the property management or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Salary Range:

  • $100,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
