Responsibilities and Duties: Executive Search and Recruitment Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive roles, focusing on building diverse pipelines that align with the company's values and strategic objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to define each position's role requirements, competencies, and key success indicators. Develop and implement strategies to attract, assess, and hire top executive talent, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to understand the company's talent needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies. Talent Sourcing and Market Mapping Proactively source and engage with passive candidates using advanced search techniques, networking, and market mapping to identify top executive talent. Maintain a strong external network and continuously build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future leadership opportunities. Candidate Assessment and Selection Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including interviews, competency assessments, and cultural fit analysis. Manage the offer process, including negotiations, offer letters, and closing, ensuring alignment with company policies and executive compensation structures. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the company's employer brand and communicate its value proposition to prospective executive candidates. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, to build long-term relationships and foster a positive reputation for Encora. Qualifications and Skills: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in executive or senior leadership recruitment, preferably in Global Digital Engineering Organizations. Skills and Competencies Deep knowledge of executive recruiting best practices, market trends, and the global tech landscape. Proven ability to source, engage, and close high-caliber executive candidates. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with high professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in sourcing and pipeline management using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and social media platforms.
