JOB SUMMARY: Arrowhead Events is looking to fill a part-time position with a highly motivated professional to support event sales approximately 29 hours per week. This position will play a significant role in the sales process with the opportunity for growth in our organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist with scheduling, meeting, and site tour preparations, and follow-up communications
- Aid in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, proposals and contracts, ensuring all materials are tailored to client needs and align with services and standards of excellence
- Field and distribute inquiries
- Process payments
- Build and maintain client database
- Assist with coordination of client hosting opportunities
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives
- Become proficient in the use of event software
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Event Sales.

- Previous experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role is preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: - College Degree preferred, with emphasis in hospitality, events, and/or tourism.
- Minimum one-year event experience
- Flexibility in work schedule. Ability to work long hours & weekends
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, and Internet software.
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS: - Light office duties and activities, to include, but not limited to the use of a computer, calculator, copier, telephone & other office equipment.
- Some extensive walking.
- Occasionally long periods of standing.
- The work involves some exposure to extreme temperatures.
HOURS REQUIRED: Twenty-nine hours per week, primarily between 8:30 am - 5:00 PM; Monday - Friday. May be required to work home games. Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
