We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our Milwaukee-based Customer Experience Center Program. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional with a proven track record in event management, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. This role involves coordinating meeting and event logistics for Customer Briefings while maintaining the highest level of professionalism within our clients Global Headquarters.


The Briefing Coordinator is a highly visible role, responsible for planning impactful customer engagements for client Customer Briefing Program. This position involves working as part of a team that supports all aspects of the corporate Customer Briefing Program, including meeting planning and execution. Key activities include project management, coordination with external and internal vendors, and overseeing meeting logistics and communications. This role requires close collaboration with client sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver the exceptional customer engagement for which client is renowned.


OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE:

  • Plan and execute customer visits in accordance with customer briefing best practices as assigned
  • Advise and/or facilitate logistics for Customer Briefings including room preparation, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, and other needs
  • Facilitate tours and/or experiences showcasing client portfolio and historical Headquarters as assigned
  • Work closely with building vendors (facilities, catering, security, etc.) for overall execution of meetings/events and to ensure the center is always customer ready
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Milwaukee Customer Experience Center including managing AV, room requests and reservations
  • Communicate with stakeholders and center users on program/center policies and act as a hospitality services resource for visitors, employees, and customers
  • Nurture and build relationships with internal customers, vendors, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative process improvements of center operations and customer experience
  • Troubleshoot and handle any issues that may arise during customer or executive meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree/college diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, corporate conference center's, executive briefing center's or a client/customer facing sales role
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Self-starter and team player with good prioritization skills
  • Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
  • Adaptable to last-minute changes and deadlines, maintaining composure under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new digital tools
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
