About The Role Summary The Electronic Records and Content Management (ERCM) Administrator is responsible for supporting Corporate Operations and Bank Divisions in the administration of the Electronic Content Management (ECM) program. This role will be tasked with implementing processes to evaluate and review Glacier's current information governance and records management program to improve efficiency and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Also ensures applicable records preservation and disposal processes are adhered to as relates to the organizations specific requirements and prescribed policies and procedures. Serves as a liaison to multiple department managers and project support staff in the use of ECM technologies and provides administrative support to Banking Division team members. Serves as a key role in the guidance of overall Information Governance/Records Management strategy.
This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. The entry rate for this position is $24.38 + / per hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT).
All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. Duties and Responsibilities - Serves as a liaison and advisor to business areas for all records and information capture related matters. Collaborates with corporate and division staff to develop electronic content management best practices for specific business needs. Interprets business issues and recommends best practice adoption to building efficiencies in the scanning of paper documents into the ECM systems. Guides and directs Bank Division personnel to ensure document management processes are consistent and managed in accordance to policy. Establishes strong relationships with key leadership, business partners, division staff, and vendors with a goal of fostering a collaborative approach to maintaining the Electronic Records and Content Program.
- Develops and administers training programs for staff to ensure standardization of electronic document and records systems as well as scanning processes and their effective use. Maintains knowledge and awareness of current industry trends as well as current methods and technologies related to records management. Produces training job-aids and online trainings that support bank divisions in all scanning or capture requirements.
- Performs information governance review and processes analyses to ensure scanning best practices are implemented. Implements or recommends procedural modifications in the scanning of paper documents to electronic records for each banking division to meet specific needs. Identifies new scanning projects that remain compliant with standardized processes but also enhance process efficiencies. Works with the ECM team in the transfer of information to business teams to leverage automation in electronic content management systems and provide continuous process improvement.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.

Additional Requirements Travel Up to 10% travel required: (e.g. 2 days/month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.
