Manager, Corporate Development
Louisville, KY or Dallas, TX Full-Time $155,000/year or more depending upon experience
About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Manager of Corporate Development to lead global growth initiatives through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. You'll play a critical role in shaping the long-term trajectory of the business by evaluating new opportunities, building financial models, leading due diligence, and driving integration efforts across departments.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position that requires cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning
- Develop business cases and investment presentations for internal stakeholders
- Conduct industry, category, and market research to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) and external partners to support strategic initiatives
- Manage PMO/IMO activities to ensure value realization post-acquisition
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate development or M&A
- Strong experience in financial modeling, valuation, and business case development
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strategic mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Experience in finance roles within large CPG or related industries
