Position Highlights:
  • Location: Redlands, CA
  • Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
  • Starting Pay: $20-$26/hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do:
  • Manage a high volume of incoming email correspondence, efficiently researching and resolving customer inquiries, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough research to update and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Convert emails into cases using leading-edge platforms like Salesforce, and track resolution progress.
  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks to support customer service operations.
  • Process sales orders in SAP to assist internal teams.
  • Handle simple contracts and purchase order requests related to customer accounts.
  • Cross-train on various responsibilities to provide backup support as needed.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, capable of reviewing and processing large amounts of information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse, inclusive team.
  • Proven job stability, demonstrating reliability and commitment in previous roles.
