The Company is in search of a Corporate Counsel with a focus on healthcare and technology to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of legal matters within the assigned business units, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial agreements and contracts. This role demands a high level of expertise in legal issues related to technology contracts, software license agreements, and US healthcare laws, particularly HIPAA. The ideal candidate will have a JD degree, be a member in good standing of a State Bar, and possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant legal role. International contracting experience and familiarity with GDPR, UK, and other international privacy laws, as well as the CCPA and other state privacy laws, are also desirable. Key responsibilities for this position include leading the full cycle of corporate and commercial transactions, creating and maintaining template agreements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support the company's business growth. The role requires a highly motivated individual with strong business judgment, exceptional drafting skills, and the ability to manage a diverse scope of legal matters. The Corporate Counsel will also be expected to proactively identify legal trends and risks in the evolving regulatory environment and to represent the legal needs of the business units in various interactions. The position is remote and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic legal team within a global organization.
