Corporate Controller

Corporate Controller Position Overview:
As the Corporate Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of the organization. in this leadership position. you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment responsible for oversight of the company's financial operations.

Corporate Controller Responsibilities:

•  Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in line with GAAP standards.
•  Oversee compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
•  Lead and coordinate audits, addressing findings with a proactive approach.
•  Manage core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
•  Implement efficient accounting processes and robust internal controls.
•  Analyze financial performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
•  Participate in the development of budgets and forecasts and monitor results against plan.
•  Work closely with executive leadership on long-term financial strategies. Corporate Controller Requirements:
•  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•  CPA or CMA certification required.
•  Minimum of 8 years accounting experience in comparable role.
•  Leadership and supervisory experience with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
•  Experience using GAAP standards and understanding regulatory requirements.
•  Demonstrated experience working with financial systems preferably with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
