Who we are: Wellbridge owns and operates full-service, premiere athletic and tennis clubs. Established more than 30 years ago, we have 9 locations in 3 states (CO & NM). What our Administrative/Membership Accounts Representatives are all about: Our Administrative/Membership Account Representatives are responsible for providing general administrative support to customer service call center department and receptionist support to corporate office.
Responsibilities include:- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Photocopying, scanning, indexing, renaming and filing paperwork.
- Data entry, database work and word processing.
- Answer, screen and route incoming office calls on multi-line system.
- Greet and guide office visitors.
- All other duties as assigned.

- You have a proven ability to maintain confidential information.

- You are experience with AP and AR a plus.
- You have a High school diploma or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in general administrative/receptionist office work preferably in customer service call center environment.
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows and data processing.

All benefits vary based on employee job status and including hours worked. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Based on experience and qualifications.
