Salary: $225,000 - $285,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Transactional Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting and experience with emerging company and venture capital experience.

Job Details
  • Three or more years of experience in Corporate Transactions/deals with emerging companies and venture capital
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Member of the New York bar.
