Job Details- Provide legal support on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting deals.
- Advise clients on corporate governance matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and the creation of policies and procedures for managing corporate affairs.
- Assist with a variety of general corporate matters, such as corporate formation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance
Looking For:
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters
You Should Know Some of the Following:
- Handling mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and post-transaction integration.
- Advising clients on corporate governance and regulatory matters, with an understanding of best practices for managing corporate operations and compliance.
- Familiarity with basic tax concepts and securities laws (Plus)
