Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 per year

A bit about us:

Top Mid-sized Minnesota Law Firm seeks to add a Senior Real Estate Attorney to their practice. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience as well as a solid background with Closings, Title, and Survey review. You will be the go-to resource within the Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle letters related to review on both the Title and Survey side of a deal. Having a strong understanding of Title objections, as well as expertise in handling lease negotiations, purchase agreements, and commercial documentation is a must.

Job Details

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
• 5-8 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney
• Experience with Transactional, M&As, and Due Diligence,
• If you have experience working with restaurateurs who have a multi-state portfolio of restaurants across the nation and can put that deal together from beginning to end, that is ideal. However, not required.
