Suburban Collection Holdings, LLC, located in Birmingham, MI, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Corporate Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the Office of the Chairman and assist the corporate executive team. Your role will be to assist in facilitating operations by managing travel arrangements, coordinating appointments, and handling various projects related to purchasing, legal, and insurance matters. Additionally, you will handle minor accounting duties, oversee expense ledgers, and support the daily efficiency of the office through event planning, meal coordination, and charitable donations.
Salary Overview: The salary for this role starts at $40,000 based on experience.
Hours: The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities Include: - Assist the Sr. Executive Assistant to the Chairman and corporate executive team.
- Book travel accommodations, dining reservations, and personal appointments.
- Work closely with office and house staff at various properties.
- Perform minor accounting duties/maintain expense ledgers and accounts payable.
- Oversee office inventory.
- Additional administrative tasks as needed to support daily efficiency, i.e., event planning/meal coordination, overseeing charitable donations, and occasional errands.
