As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be entrusted with the development and management of relationships with our most significant clients in the Environmental Sales team. You will lead all aspects of our corporate account strategy, from envisioning to executing critical programs that foster deep partnerships with Fortune 1000 accounts and centrally managed clients. Your role is pivotal in expanding our market share and positioning Clean Harbors as an essential partner to our premier customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to all work practices, policies, and processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Corporate Accounts aimed at achieving profitable revenue growth.
  • Leverage your professional network and client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with major clients by understanding their needs and organizational structures.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to coach and influence client stakeholders.
  • Adapt and respond to changes within Corporate Accounts and manage communications effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, establish performance timelines, and deliver results.
  • Monitor account progress, present reports, and drive action with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively address customer issues and enhance relationship management through data analysis.
  • Deepen business relationships by ensuring satisfaction and follow-up on service delivery.
  • Analyze account profitability to inform strategies that maximize profit and market share.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the chemical industry with a record of high-level sales development and management.
  • Proven success in achieving multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, customer segmentation, and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and grow business.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Adept in executive presence, political savvy, and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, project management experience, and comfort in a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
