We are looking for a dynamic, meticulous, and hardworking team member for our Corporate Access/Marketing Group. This individual will help originate and execute Chardan events and support business development and broader marketing efforts at the firm. The Corporate Access and marketing group partner closely with Chardan's research, sales, and investment banking teams to ensure both corporate and institutional clients get the most out of working with Chardan.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for logistics coordination and planning of conferences, private events and corporate/investor meetings.
  • Calendar management and meeting coordination for investors, internal teams, corporate clients and conferences.
  • Coordination and collaboration with internal teams including research, banking and sales around events and marketing goals.
  • Strong working relationships with external constituents including both investors, company management teams, external IR firms, and vendors.
  • Travel to and attend events and provide on-site support as needed.
  • Implementation of marketing campaigns, conducting market research and analysis of data to identify trends and customer needs
  • Prepare marketing materials for internal stakeholders, for events, and for corporate clients.
  • Maintain and update various tracking systems, CRM, and marketing collateral.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3+ years in events and marketing (Finance, Legal preferred)
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Professional and polished presence, responsive and polite in difficult circumstances
  • Experience in leveraging technology and a desire to learn new systems
  • Ability to balance a client's demands and prioritize work
  • Highly organized and efficient, detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude, team player
