What You'll Be Doing - Manage and enhance our core banking platform and digital integrations (think behind-the-scenes magic that keeps everything running).
- Lead upgrades, rollouts, and system improvements like a pro.
- Troubleshoot tech hiccups and squash bugs to keep systems humming smoothly.
- Automate and streamline back-office processes to boost productivity.
- Map out member experiences and help shape seamless digital journeys.
- Create and manage SQL/Crystal Reports and handle scheduled file transfers.
- Keep our support ticket system organized and efficient.
- Be a trusted tech partner during system releases, updates, and (yes) occasional after-hours support.
What You Bring to the Table - Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university preferred; plus one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The qualified candidate will have strong analytical abilities, highly motivated, goal-oriented, good communicator, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- 1+ years of experience supporting and managing core banking systems (e.g., Corelation, Symitar, Fiserv).
- Proven track record in software/system implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Skilled in SQL/Crystal Report writing and database management.
- Experience using Microsoft, Adobe, and project management tools.
