Our market-leading Real Estate practice combines sector expertise, technical ability, and a commercial focus, providing clients with top-tier support across all real estate disciplines. Our Manchester office collaborates with London and Southampton, offering a broad and deep real estate capability. We have recently completed significant transactions, including the biggest office sale in London in 2024 and the largest regional pre-let in four years.

We leverage technology and innovative methods to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and tailored services. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions in a dynamic environment.

The Work

  • Provide advice on asset management, managing your own matters within client teams.
  • Work on sales, purchases, and financings, often as part of a team with supervision and training.
  • Draft and negotiate documents to meet client requirements.
  • Advise clients to protect their interests and comply with laws and regulations.
  • Participate in key client teams across offices.
  • Develop client relationships with various clients, including private equity funds and property companies.
  • Engage in development transactions, including site acquisitions and regeneration projects.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 1 PQE.
  • Solid commercial real estate experience relevant to your level.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and legal service skills.
  • Flexibility and proactive work management.
  • Effective time and priority management in a high-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness with legal knowledge and practical advice skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
