Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Core Java Developer to join their team. As a Core Java Developer, you will be part of the software development department supporting various projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Core Java Developer
Location: Tampa, FL (5 days on site)
Pay Range: $55-65/hr
What's the Job? - Expert in Core Java and design techniques with experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs.
- Recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks.
- Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test Driven Development.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies/trends and use experience to influence their application to support the business.
- Execute technology modernization initiatives including migration to cloud-native and API strategy.
What's Needed? - Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka.
- Proficiency in cloud-enabled architecture and design of high-performing, secured Restful APIs.
- Experience with container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes.
- Solid background in cloud-first environments and building cloud-native platforms.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and within a team environment.
