- 5+ years of experience in complex Java Application Support
- Good Programming skills with experience in Java based Web application and strong knowledge in Java, JEE, Spring framework, RESTful Services
- Hands on experience with Splunk tool and should have excellent debugging and analytical skills
- Strong Experience L2/L3 support role
- Good knowledge of Database concepts on at least one of these
- Oracle, Cassandra, NOSQL technologies etc.
- Experience in high volume and large-scale environments
- Experience in Bug fixes for production issues and handling issues well with in SLA
- Critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Apple Exp is a plus
- Flexible for rotation based On-call support, sometimes on weekend
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills
