Infosys is seeking a Core Banking Business Analyst for Banking practice group. This position's primary responsibility will be to help enterprises achieve greater business connect, faster user acceptance, and shorter turnaround times & act as a key contributor in the team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. The chosen candidate will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA/Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in End-to-End value of Core Banking.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills - Requirement analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies and experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- Core banking, deposit products, core deposits PO / PM, term dep, checking a/c, commercial a/c.
- At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- Ability to document technical requirements, integrate new systems. Extensive experience in SQL, API, Testing, etc.
- At least 6 years of experience in SDLC, Business Analysis and Agile methodology
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Data analysis skills and awareness of Data ware housing concepts
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
