Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you. The Miami HEAT Corporate Partnership team is seeking a Coordinator, Partnership Marketing. This role is responsible for assisting and supporting the Corporate Service Department with the fulfillment and activation of HEAT Group corporate partner programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.
- Serve as lead for corporate partner accounts (approximately under $150,000, 10-15 total)
- Day-to-day management of client relationship
- Act as liaison between the client and the rest of the team/organization.
- Act as secondary points of contact (1B) with Senior Account Managers and Director for corporate partner accounts (approximately $500,000 - $1,000,000+ accounts).
- Support Team (Director & Account Managers) with day-to-day contractual fulfillment of corporate partner programs, including tickets, implementation of media and in-arena signage elements, scheduling kiosk/display space, game day walk-throughs, etc.
- Serve as centralized point person for key department functions.
- Responsible for including but not limited to building proposals and recaps, meeting preparation, and CRM notes/tracking.
- With support of the Director, Account Manager, spearhead renewal discussions with senior level executives/ decision makers of corporate partner accounts.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a credited college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training.
