WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a key member of the Americas Talent Acquisition Operations Data & Analytics team, the Coordinator will support the collection, organization, and advanced reporting of recruiting data from various platforms, including our ATS and data visualization tools. This role will play a critical part in leveraging data to provide reporting and insights that drive strategic decision-making in our recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities with the ability to grow into a subject matter expert within recruiting data and analytics, developing compelling insights that answer the most critical questions that influence significant change within our operating model.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Data Integrity and Management (40%)

Execute zero-defect collection, cleaning, and preparation of recruiting data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis.

Maintain data integrity standards by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and missing values before analysis.

Format data by structuring it into usable formats.

Merge/map data from various sources to create comprehensive datasets for more insightful analysis.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data processes and tasks.

Data Visualization and Reporting (40%)

Build interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau to allow stakeholders to explore key metrics and insights.

Present findings in a clear, concise manner using visuals to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Create both automated and ad hoc reports and slides that summarize key data insights for decision makers.

Regularly present data insights in meetings, tailoring reports to the needs and technical understanding of different recruiting teams and centers of excellence.

Data Analysis and Interpretation (20%)

Perform statistical tests (i.e., hypothesis testing) to uncover patterns and trends in recruiting data.

Conduct data exploration to discover relationships and anomalies to support better analysis.

Analyze historical data to detect trends, behaviors, and inefficiencies.

Link data findings to business outcomes and provide actionable insights that help solve key business challenges.

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement

1-2 years of experience in a data analyst role or heavy exposure to similar work.

Strong analytical ability to synthesize data to identify trends, patterns, and generate insights.

Exposure to statistical analysis methods (i.e., regression, hypothesis testing) and tools such as R, Python, and/or SPSS.

Knowledge of data management processes and database structures.

Expert in creating visual representations of data using tools like Excel, PPT, and other more comprehensive tools like Tableau, PowerBI to communicate insights effectively.

Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills, ensuring data accuracy and precision throughout the analysis process.

Strong capability to approach complex problems with logical reasoning.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs.

Ability and desire to learn and implement new tools and techniques as the data landscape evolves.
