Pay Range $25-$29/hr
Essential Duties and Tasks

- Provide quality technical and design output daily.
- Aid in the selection of appropriate plate and outsource partners by evaluating vendors for the best quality, price, and service.
- Complete all projects on time and within budget.
- Keep up to date on the latest technological advances in the field of digital art and flexographic packaging.
- Develop artwork that matches the capabilities of our flexographic processes.
- Produce print, media, broadcast, digital, and e-commerce graphics.
- Ensures that designs are on-brand and reflect the company's message.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Associate degree in graphics, prepress or printing management preferred, or 2-4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of the field's concepts and principles.
- Performs moderately complex tasks following established processes.
- Solid working knowledge of graphics processes and related manufacturing.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

Work Environment
Work primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection are required when in manufacturing areas.
This role operates in a professional office environment that requires some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing areas.
