About the Role

The Company is seeking a Coordinator III to provide professional support in the Division of Technology. The successful candidate will assist the Chief Technology Officer in a variety of complex and diverse administrative functions, including overseeing the operation of all components, goals, and functions for the Division of Technology. This role involves maintaining operational efficiency, strategic planning, and change management, as well as progress monitoring and compliance with federal and state technology requirements. The Coordinator III will also be responsible for serving as a point of contact in the absence of Division of Technology leadership, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring the discreet handling of all business. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a Master's degree in a relevant field preferred, and at least 5 years of professional experience in a related area. The role requires a candidate with a strong knowledge of best practices in administration and program management, data information systems, and school operations. The ideal candidate will have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills. The ability to handle difficult situations with professional composure, exercise discretion, and maintain high standards of conduct and work ethic is essential. The position also demands the ability to organize and coordinate work, prioritize tasks, and establish cooperative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
