Job Summary: The Coordinator, Digital Distribution & Partnerships plays a key supporting role in the day-to-day operations of Kino Lorber's digital department. This entry-level position provides cross-functional assistance to the digital team and Chief Distribution & Revenue Officer, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, curation, reporting, and marketing support for the Kino Film Collection, TVOD, SVOD, AVOD, FAST, Pay TV, and Airlines.
What you will do:
Administrative & Scheduling Support
Coordinate internal and external partner meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.
Support team workflows by maintaining up-to-date calendars, status trackers, and documentation.
Programming & Partnerships
Assist with programming strategy, title curation, and implementation for the Kino Film Collection.
Identify and help execute strategic audience-building partnerships with theaters, festivals, and editorial outlets.
Track and report on partnership outreach and performance.
Sales & Marketing Support
Assist in creating and maintaining digital partner sell sheets and pitch materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support paid and organic campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing team to draft and schedule organic social posts and email blasts for the Kino Film Collection and new TVOD releases.
Reporting & Analytics
Compile daily and monthly TVOD performance data and assist in generating reports.
Track and distribute weekly editorial placements for new release titles.
Support royalty data input into internal systems.
Digital Asset Coordination
Help prepare and send screening links to partners and press as needed.
Assist in coordinating asset and availability list updates for SVOD, Pay 1, library, and airline deals.
Contribute to the creation of presentation decks for partner presentations and internal business reviews and meetings.
Market Intelligence & Ad Hoc Projects
Monitor competitive trends and industry developments in digital film distribution.
Support special projects related to new launches, marketing campaigns, and internal initiatives as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
Up to 1 year of relevant internship or professional experience in digital media, entertainment, or administrative support.
Strong interest in film and digital distribution with eagerness to learn.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and follow-through.
Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first approach.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequently communicates with co-workers, vendors, and clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Visual acuity to read records, documents, subtitles, etc., in electronic and analog formats.
